Deliveryman Yang Hongyi pulls a cart loaded with packages along a street near the Forbidden City in Beijing, capital of China, Jan. 15, 2019. In almost three years of working as a deliveryman in the vicinity of the Forbidden City, 44-year-old Yang Hongyi has delivered more than 100,000 packages without even one negative review from his customers. Yang works from dawn to dark every day, during which he needs to deliver about 200 packages and make about 200 calls to customers. As the Spring Festival approaches, Yang has to deliver an extra 100 packages every day. Many customers around the Forbidden City are familiar with Yang and speak highly of his service as he delivers goods without any delay and deals well with customer's negative feelings.
